Registration and Fee
The registration session is open from 15th of June until 5th of July 2011, 23:55 CET. Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. The maximum number of participants allowed for this event is 100.
Registration Procedure
1. Please register at alumni.iaeste.org and enter Austria as Traineeship Country. Please register to alumni-tool at least 2 days before you want to register to the event, as it may take some time to confirm your registration.
2. As soon as you have been confirmed from our National Administrator, you will find Events at Home -> Events, where you can sign up.
3. If you are staying the whole summer in Vienna, please also register for the community “Austria – Vienna Trainees” by going to My Profile -> Communities ->Additional Communities -> Austria – Vienna Trainees -> Sign in. You will then find more Vienna-Events in the Event section or in the Forum

Fee
You can choose between two options:
- 55 EUR includes accommodation from Friday to Sunday, and dinner at Heurigen on Saturday
- 15 EUR without accommodation, but with dinner at Heurigen on Saturday
If you are only attending the party on Friday, no registration is required and entrance is for free.
Food, drinks are not included within the fee, except dinner on Saturday is covered.
Everyone has to show up at the Youth Hostel latest by 7pm on Friday to register and check-in.
